Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly. You have 1 hour after placing your order to cancel. After that, it’s already being processed — but we do offer returns if needed.

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, immediately after checkout — plus a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Email us at Info@bruce-boxers.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

What’s your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Do you offer free returns?
Return postage is not included. You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 10 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

What if I receive a damaged item?
Send a photo along with your order details to Info@bruce-boxers.com. We’ll replace it — no hassle.

What if my order doesn’t fit?
