Your Satisfaction Comes First

At Bruce Boxers, we stand behind the quality, comfort and performance of our leakproof underwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to put it right — no awkwardness, no hassle.


Returns

Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds after this period.

Order Cancellations:
Changed your mind? You have 1 hour after placing your order to cancel. After that, your order will already be in process.

Item Condition:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed underwear.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at Info@bruce-boxers.com with your order number and a short note explaining the reason for your return. We’ll send you the next steps.

⚠️ Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to our designated fulfilment centre.


Refunds

Once We Receive Your Return:
We’ll inspect the item and email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time:
Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?
That’s on us.

If your boxers arrive damaged or faulty, email Info@bruce-boxers.com and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
