Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right to cancel.

Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

Day: calendar day.

Ongoing contract: a contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over time.

Durable medium: any method that allows information to be stored for future reference (e.g. email or PDF).

Right to cancel: the consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Business (we/us): the party offering products or services remotely to consumers.

Distance contract: a contract concluded without face-to-face contact, using online or remote communication.

Distance communication: any method used to conclude a contract without both parties being physically present.

Terms: these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Bruce Boxers and the consumer.

Before placing an order, these Terms will be made available to the consumer. If not reasonably possible, they will be provided upon request free of charge.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.


Article 4 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Minor errors do not bind us

Each offer clearly states:

  • The total price (including VAT where applicable)

  • Any delivery costs

  • Payment and delivery methods

  • Whether a right to cancel applies


Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and completes checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Until confirmed, you may cancel.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g. suspected fraud or incorrect details).


Article 6 – Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

During this period, you may inspect the product as you would in a shop.

To cancel:

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging


Article 7 – Costs of Cancellation

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.


Article 8 – Exclusions from Cancellation

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Sealed hygiene items (e.g. underwear) once opened

  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons


Article 9 – Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

We are not liable for pricing errors, and orders may be cancelled if such errors occur.


Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

We guarantee that products:

  • Match their description

  • Are fit for purpose

  • Meet reasonable quality standards

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days at:

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Article 11 – Delivery and Performance

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

We aim to deliver within the timeframe stated on our website. If delays occur, we will inform you.

If delivery is not possible, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Risk transfers to the consumer once the goods are delivered.


Article 12 – Ongoing Contracts

If applicable:

  • You may cancel ongoing contracts at any time with reasonable notice

  • No automatic long-term renewals without clear consent


Article 13 – Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

You must ensure all payment details are accurate.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of non-payment.

If unresolved, disputes may be escalated through appropriate UK dispute resolution channels.


Article 15 – Governing Law

Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Even if the consumer lives abroad.


Article 16 – Payment Data (CESOP)

In accordance with EU/UK regulatory requirements, payment providers may process transaction data for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
